This is Kim Il-man, the Chairman of the Pohang City Council.

The 9th City Council for the second half has opened its doors with many expectations and desires.

We will do our best to create a happy, citizen-centered Pohang through change and innovation.

We will further become a council that is closer to the citizens by listening to the voices of citizens with a humble attitude and realizing politics that citizens with efficacy that the citizens can feel in their daily lives.

We will become a council that always keep to the basics and fulfill the duties as those who serve the city of Pohang and for the development of the city and the happiness of the citizens.
